Delivery & Refund Policy

Orders placed before the daily cut-off are delivered the same day; later orders are scheduled for next-day delivery. Delivery fees vary by emirate and selected time slot. Since flowers are perishable, refunds or replacements are only offered for orders that arrive damaged or significantly different from what was ordered — please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the issue.
